what is my priority after studiying?

what is the most important factors for you to get a job after finishing college or high school? salary, experience, workin' environment, location, friendly boss, or else? i'm gonna choose experience as my main factor to get my first job. how about you?

The main factor that i considered in finding or getting my first job was the reputation of the school (i am a teacher)... salara didn't concern me at first because i know that teachers generally receive low salary... so i opted to apply in school with good reputation in the hopes that if ever i decide to transfer... i will take with me its good reputation
