I've been struggling with my weight since I was in high school. Ive tried all fad diets and any diet advice I know. I can share some that arent much of a struggle. Like I dont eat after 6pm. I eat a cup of rice a day or no rice at all. I drink slimming teas or any tea rather than coffee. Ive given up junk food, sodas and ice cream cravings. I use the stairs going to my 3rd floor condo unit. I rather drink when Im hungry like a fruit shake or a soup rather than solid food. I always try to drink a lot of water because most of the time, feeling hungry is only thirst. Therefore if theres a feeling of hunger, try to grab a glass of water first before you munch on something and regret. Good luck to our diets.

I agree with BuntingB in keeping a food journal. I actually keep a food and exercise journal and find that it helps keep me on track. Using a weight watcher point system of counting fiber and keeping track of points earned and points used - I jot down the associated point value of each food I eat and add the bonus points I gain for exercising. As an example, you get 20 points for the day. You eat an apple and subtract 1 or 2 points from your 20. You exercise for half an hour and earn 2 points.... The idea is to end up with a zero at the end of the day. The only difference is that I don't use the bonus exercise points as ww suggest nor do I use the bonus 35 weekly points but I do drink water and try to get all the food groups represented - except for meat.

Loosing a little kilos is always good. I myself am a lot concerned about my weight. I actually lost some before by skipping my meals. That was quite easy but didd rob me off my physical strength. I have tried many things, such as dieting and those machines that they show on tv. but you know what I have realised that there's nothing much better that hardcore exercising. By that you loose a lot of weight, just don't skipp your meals and you will also increase in strength. All the other ways just make you weaker, lazier and more dependent. Exercising sure makes you a bit more good looking, strong as well as adds a little bit of strength to your brain. Exrcise regularly even if you exercise for just 15 mins, it sure will help. Jogging and brisk walking is always a good way of looasing wait. Take Care May GOD Bless YOU

also quit the junk food and have loads of liquids in your diet, if possible have loads of water. Atleast 4 liters a day.

We can reduce over weight by doing continuous exercise and all. But you should be more accurate and consistent to do this

For me, there is a way which is not only simple but also of high efficiency. When you go through a phase of emotional experience, go through something, it will be easy to lose weight. Trust me. Ever since I dated, I have lost 10 KG. Now, however much I have eaten, I can not put on weight. Just put yourself under pressure, weight or fat will easily go down.
