I went to work this morning and was really having a good day when this guy that i work with came in the office bragging that he ran over his neighbors dog last night and it wasn't by accident. When i ask him why he did it, he said because the dog has been harrasing him and that he has warn the neighbor about it in the past. He said sometimes it would be sleeping in the middle of the road at night and wouldn't even move when a car is coming. So when he was driving back home last night he notice the dog still in the middle of the road close to the house and when he drove close it refuse to move. That was when he ran it over. Do you think a guy like that needs to be charged with animal cruelty or was it the dog's fault?

that's horrible! Animals are living things, too. They don't deserve to be hurt and killed.
