i was once a dancer in school during my highschool days. We even joined dance contest and won that time. But now, as i grow older, can't do it anymore. but once in a while at home, i'm trying to teach my kid to move with the music, but i feel uncomfortable already. but i still want to do it even just for once...but i doubt i can still be as good as what i am before. How about you? can you dance?

But you're still very young!! What sort of dancing did you used to do? I used to dance at boarding school and parties, and just anywhere there was enough room. During my late 40's, I became ill and put on a lot of weight and now my knees don't work so well but I still love to boogey. I don't get much opportunity these days but at home I dance sometimes still...as you say, it's not so comfortable now and I'm sure I look very unattractive and amusing.

i'm 30 now. I know i'm not that old but sometimes, i have the feeling of uncomfortability doing it..though i do it once in a while with my kid at home..but that will end there. Yeah, you have to do it once in a while as well, it's a good exercise also. Just try to have fun...thank you ms tickle! nice to hear from you again. : )

I absolutely love dancing. I had learned some indian dance when i was in school and have always been able to shake a leg at all the latest music. I also learned a bit of ballroom dancing a couple years back. I get a totally carefree feeling when i dance and feel as if there are no troubles left. Dance to me is very therapeutic and Ill continue dancing all my life!

Yes I can dance. I started ballet at a very young age, 5 years old to be exact. Then It continued when I enrolled in a dance workshop during summer vacation. I was enrolled to gymnastics, too. But my gymnastics schooling stopped when I got operated for apendicitis. My dancing anyways continued and even won first placer in Dance sport and group dance contest. Cool right?

I would never describe myself as a good dancer but I love to dance, even at my age. I'm almost 56 and still go out clubbing with friends half my age, and can still be found on the dance floor at 2am too. I stopped feeling self conscious ages ago and just enjoy myself

I love to dance and have fun. All I need is a nice beat to get me up and acting silly. Last Christmas, I won $5.00 for first prize in a dance contest.
