I appreciate the "guilty" decision by the court...but I am a bit upset because why can't we put some people in jail like Singson, Ang, Nani Perez and a lot more...I still don't understand our law...I find it so unfair and unjust... How about you guys?...share something please...

Who could possibly go against the will of the lords? They grabbed the Presidency from Estrada and so why should they not convict him? If they release him, then what would be the reason for them to have grabbed the position Erap was holding then? But are the bases of his conviction sufficient for them to oust Erap? Of course the unfairness and the injustice are glaring. Good if Gloria is clean but it even appears that worse has been happening in her term such as the case of Nani Perez and her other cahoots. And why is Singson not charged? He should have been included and then in the decision he is exempted from punishment because he is the state witness. If I have seen injustices before, the more now and graft and corruption is terrible.

i feel exactly the way you do. i already wrote about this in my blog but i was in a daze when i wrote about it. i think the guilty verdict was right but the thing is he's the only one suffering when even more corrupt officials are around. a lot of officials in the present administration are even more corrupt! right now we have the ZTE and garci scandals. why isn't there anything being done to the people responsible? and to think these are the REAL plunder cases where tax payers' money is being eaten up. i think we are still far far away from real justice.

I would be happy if they will convict Erap for life...for as long as no corruption and gambling are happening here in our country now...but it's still and it's the worst one than before...

I can't understand you,you like the guilty verdict of Estrada, and then you like Singson,Ang and Perez to be jailed. If Singson,Ang and Perez will be put to jail, then Estrada is not guilty, come to think of it.

For me, I guess it will be best for him to take the offer of the government. Which is an exile. If you are going to look at it. Better than to be locked down in to his rest house in Tanay Rizal.

i too am happy with the guilty verdict and i just pity those people who think that estrada should not be put to jail just because they are his fans.this people dont know any better, people like estrada are not above the law, although you are right chavit singon,( who thinks he is so righteous, a big hypocrite!) and atong ang, nani perez, and jinggoy must also pay, but im glad that at least someone would pay, and that i do hope mr. estrada would think well for the philippines and would stop creating issues, so that we could move on and have a better economy, the anti erap, pro erap and anti gma and pro gma, should stop, they must learn to love the philippines.
