I listen to fast beats when I walk. It adds speed to my pace. When I want to slow down, I listen to slow music, then. Music helps my pace whenever I want to walk fast/slow. It helps boos my mood in the morning. It makes walking more enjoyable.

YES! I almost always have music playing while I'm walking, even if it's just walking around the house (if I am more than a few hours without music, I go nuts! =P), and I definitely find that my pace and mood while I walk depends on what I am listening to. If there's a strong beat, then I will step on each beat and so on. =D
