Cough Syrup Addicted People.

I keep hearing people at my school saying they were "Hopped up on the C" and i asked what that was, they said "Cough Syrup"....WHAT DOES IT DO?? Im confused?? is this like...a drug for kids? Isn't it considered O.Ding??
Help me out here peepz.

All Cough Syrups they say are addictable when used for long time.They give some lowly kicks which doesn't last long. Infact some of them like (Corex) are banned in stores and clinics because of their high addictiveness.Though i am not sure of their contents but they all contains caffiene which is addictable.
