Do Not Call List Expires? Did anyone know that? 5 year limit?

I just read in a blog on the internet that the Pennsylvania, USA do not call registry will expire on 9/15. It says the 5 year limit was put into place to purge the list of people who move or change their numbers. I'm in NJ - not sure when our list expires but I'll have to look into it. The blog doesn't say you can re-register so now what? Telemarketers are free to call in the early morning or during dinner?

I'm from Pennsyvlania. You can reregister. They had it on all the news channels and stuff here for everyone to go register again since it was expiring. I'm not sure if other states expire or not. It tells you when you sign up that it expires in 5 years.
