So i was trying to withdraw my money from moneybookers and i was adding my bank account when i saw that in my profile, i used only my nick and not my true name!!!! and its completely different from my bank account name!! darn it. i asked moneybooker if it would matter and heck yeah it matters a lot according to them and the name i registered with them should be the same with that of my bank account name. i am so stupid. they said if i wanted to change my name i have to send them some copies of my personal identification documents like IDs. what a hassle. geez.. my excitement to withdraw my money had drastically gone down.. now i have to scan some of my IDs and send it to them first. and who knows how long it would take for moneybookers to change my name there?? grr.. hit me in the head please. ^__^;;

Ha ha ha, good one! Especially when I recall that I opened Moneybookers account two years ago and didn't verify it yet. I will probably have the same problems when I start using it! ID is no big deal. I send copy of my ID to "Bat and Win" (Bwin). Bwin is online sports booker and I haven't had any problems. Money was sent after three days!

Hello secretbear, Sorry to hear that you have to go through all the hassle just to withdraw your money from moneybookers. I understand it is your fault at the first place but try not to blame yourself too much. Whenever we come across something new, of course we need to be careful and if we still make some mistakes, that is just a lesson for us as a great reminder in future. Be careful next time, friend. Well, no need to hit you in the head *smiles*
