i agree with you megumiart. In fact I enjoy mad caddies's songs. Its a band from California, I think, and their songs really rock!!! My personal favorite is drinking for 11. Im really in good spirit whenever I hear ska sounds.

For me it's anything by Garth Brooks... so it's more of an artist than a genre. No matter what thoughts are racing through my mind or how I feel and how complicated the situation is, he has a song that understands it! Of course I'm not recommending this is you're not a fan! This is just me.

Being a bit of a Metal head, I would have to say Metal! I guess groove Metal stuff like old Pantera tends to work really well for me, or sometimes more commercial and straight forward bands like Pain and Rob Zombie. Basically, anything with a good groove. If it makes me want to move, it'll get my in a good mood ;)
