i think it is good to drink tea or coffe after breakfast. besides, i think it is better to drink some green tea when you are surfing online. i spend too much time online, so i have to find some ways to keep my skin moisture. then i drink some green tea and eat pears everyday. besides, if you spend too much time, then pay more attention to your eyes and body. do some exercises in 2 hours.

Theres no certain time i prefer to drink tea. Sometimes i just drink it to relax me. I usually just drank it throughout the day. I like my tea warm though with very little sugar.

I always drink during breakfast. I feel incomplete everytime I don't drink tea. Tea gives me energy the whole day. I have been drinking this for more than a decade. I don't drink coffee.

Drinking tea is not so common here in Canada but I do like to drink some tea from time to time (usually in the late evening). Mint tea, orange tea and ginger tea are among my favorites.
