I Missed A Day

I was so busy on Friday, that I did not get the chance to even click on the site all day. This is the first time this has happened since I started Mylot. I get really frustrated when there are not enough hours in the day to do everything that I want to do. I try to prioritize and I do a good job, but Friday, there were so many things that had to be done that day, it would not have made any sense to put then off for later. But, I am glad to be back and I really missed checking in and hope that it will not happen very often.

I miss days all the time, and its actually good that you got to do other things besides mylot. We will always be here no matter what my friend. I missed this months payout for the very first time so its all good. When I do have some spare time I try to answer a few posts as well.

Wow that is a lot to do in just one day and sorry to hear about your friends mother passing. I hope you were ok after all of that. Take care!

It's not so much that I got to do other things. I was overwhelmed with so much to do, just as I have been today. Because I do not have children, I am not use to what happened to me today. I had two friends wanting me to do things with them at the same time and I was already tired from having to do an emergency shopping trip. One was visiting and she wanted to play cards and the other wanted me to keep her company while she smoked. Then I found out that a friend of mines father passed away on Saturday. So, that took even more energy. If that were not bad enough, I did two loads of laundry on Saturday and had to do them over even today, because someone left little presents in the washing machine and the smell wash stuck in my clothes.

There are many,many times I do not log onto mylot because I have so many things to do.When I first joined 11months ago I was so addictive because this was my first money making site to ever join so I would put things aside.I'm glad I put my priorities first because I would never get anything done.Take care and I hope all is well with you.

All is well with me and I hope that you are doing fine too. This was my first money making site also. I felt before, that if I worked on here as much as possible, I could make as much as I wanted, I do not see it that way any longer.

you can not put all your time at mylot, that is no good! when i have free time i spend it at mylot, i havent been active for 2 months and now i am back. i like to be here and make some money with it. but my familytime goes first.

I have never spent all my time here, but I had never missed a day of posting. But, on Friday, I was just too tired to even attempt to come one here.

Hi there, it also happened to me before once in awhile whenever i am so busy, or i am on a vacation trip. The longest time that i haven't been visited mylot was about 3weeks, yeah that long. Coz i was in a Vacation Trip and not been able to get online as i was in a province and having an internet cafe there is rare. And i don't actually mingling here in mylot using computers in an Internet Cafe as i tend to participate here only using my pc in my house. Okay, I believe that if I stayed away from Mylot for three weeks, I would develop some sort of weird tick or something, LOL.

Cheer up, you're not the only one...I missed mine for 5 days straight when I went out of town for a convention. Next week, I'll be away for at least a week, so that means another mylotless days...we have off-line preoccupations so I do hope our friends understand...just like you, I miss Mylot everytime I am away, the same goes with friends online and offline...

Yes, I will have to push myself to spend less time on Mylot. A lot of time I stay up too late, just to post on Mylot.

I miss every now and then, and I always find an Inbox full of discussions to answer the next day. Getting behind in responses and posting is the worst thing about missing a day, for me anyway. You do seem to be a busy person and you do a good job of prioritizing apparently, if you've only missed one day. :)

This is why I try not to miss. My e-mail gets cluttered and I find myself trying to catch up and it seems impossible. Now, I am learning to start at the bottom with the older ones first.

I usually don't log in to mylot during saturdays and sundays since i don't work during those days and i have to spend them with my daughter going to my parents house or the mall... one time, i was able to log in on a saturday... there were so many discussions that i wanted to respond to but can't because i have very little time available... Most of the time... i wish i have internet connection at home so that i can log in to mylot everyday of the week...
