How to retrieve forgotten password on paypal?

hi all, i need some help in here.. thing is, i forgot my password for my paypal account! first i went to the login form n tried entering all my buzzwords, but nothing helped. then i hit the 'forgot password' link, and they sent me a link via email, which directed me to another page where they asked me two security questions, both of which i'd forgotten aswell! they're now tellin me to fax them with the info! what should i do? please help me.. can i regain my lost account and all the money in it??
