Do you or did you take a lot of pictures of your baby in the first year?

Yes, ours was the daughter who was born first and we used to take lot of photograph of her in the initial years. I will see if it would be possible for me to share those photos with you.

I don't have any kids yet, but I know that my brother and his wife took a lot of pictures of their daughter in her first year, and my sister still takes a lot of pictures of her son, even though he's 18 months old (as of yesterday). I think, too, that there are a lot of pictures of myself and my siblings from when we were very young, though maybe not as many as people take now. Even when my youngest sister was born, my parents only had film cameras. I think digital cameras have made it a lot more common to take tons of pictures of babies! :)

Ever since my son was born, we have taken a lot of photos of him with hundreds of photos. My son was born in a big hospital in the city, where all babies are lucky enough to have a photo taken on a scale about their weight and date of the year. There is also an animal medal in memory of the birth of the babies. Right now it is stll well kept. Now my son does not show much interest in photos taken since he is now in his early teens. But still I will take some photos for him. hehe. I love to take photos and taking photos is my hobby. It helps people to remember what they have done and where they have been. It also tells us about our history in our life journey.

I always did. From the day my baby was born we already had fun on taking pictures of her and keep it as souvenier. I love seeing my cute baby's pictures. Especially when she's smiling. She's totally adorable. Hahahha... Looks like i'm carrying my own chair here. But that's what i really feel when i first had my baby. Until now we still take a picture of her. She just turn one last Sept. 6 and she's growing pretty as her mother. :)

when both my kids were babies, I took a ton of pictures of their first year. I wantde to capture all those little changes they go throw as they grow. Unfortunately, with my daughters pictures they were mostly on the computer and we were burgled one night and it was stolen. I don't have any baby pictures of my daughter any more and im still gutted over that. I do have a ton of my sons baby pictures that we found saved to disk so even though the computer was nicked, I still have some memories of them both.
