Welcome to mylot, coolpooh! I hope you enjoy it here. We can be a pretty fun bunch, once in a while. :) Making pizza is a matter of what you like. Here is what I do. I get tubes of the refrigerated pizza crust (Like pillsbury) and roll that out into a pizza pan. (I use 2 crusts for a 10x 16 jelly roll pan.) For sauce, I either use Ragu Pizza sauce, or for something really easy, I take 1 small can of tomato sauce and mix in basil, garlic, pepper, oregeno, and spread that over the crust. Then I bake it for about 8 min. so the crust is almost done. Then I put on my toppings... ground beef, sausage, pepperoni, cheddar & Mozzerela cheese, and shredded parm. cheese. Then bake it again until the cheese is melted and starting to turn brown. (about 8 more min.) As I said, the toppings are all up to you. Sometimes I've made taco pizza, substituting salsa for the sauce, and adding refried beans. Add the taco meat & cheese and bake. When done, cover with lettuce, tomatoes, and taco chips. Sour cream and salsa on the side. Good luck with the pizza making. I know you will have fun with all the different possilibites. :)
