My favorite way of keeping fit is to do physical exercise, such as playing tennis, swimming, jogging etc.Doing physical exercise usually makes me feel very energetic. So I can finish my work quite satisfactorily.Besides, unlike taking medicine or dieting, keeping fit through doing physical exercise has no side effects. Some of girls diet to keep fit. They try to eat very little or do not eat a lot of things. This makes them feel very dizzy. They become very weak. Some of girls who take medicine to keep fit. This makes them feel sick sometimes. I think it‘s too harmful to our body. So, my favorite way of keeping fit is to do physical exercise regularly.

For me to be physically fit, I follow a balance diet. When you are following the balance dietary pattern, you will be able to maintain the shape of your body and your health as well. Aside from that, I sleep for about eight hours a day, although sometimes I only sleep six hours a day due to overnight work. I wake up early in the morning to do some muscle stretching and jogging exercises. I drink a lot of water for prevention of dehydration. Have a nice day and God speed!

My favourite way of keeping fit is to do physical exercise like swimming. I feel that swimming is the best exercise to keep fit because you train every part of your body and it is a cardio exercise as well.

I love doing Taebo twice a week at home. I'm not a gym person. I prefer doing it from the comfort of my own home. I also walk a lot as there's no public transit here and I don't drive, so that helps, too. Other than that, I drink plenty of water and have enough sleep. I eat three meals a day. It's better that way since I don't get too full, but I can maintain a stable energy level during the day. Oh, and I drink vitamin C every single day. During my period, I also take multivitamins for women.

aerobics. When I do this I burn calories from every angle and if I even do it for half an hour that time is well spent.

I think starving what you was writing about doesn't keep you fit.Maybe some girls thinks this, but it is much more about what a danger they are putting to theirs bodies. I like to keep myself fit with excersice and eating healthy.I love excercise 3 times a week.My favourite activitties are aerobick, taeboo, swimming, bikying and skying. It doesn't only keep you fit, but also you will much more happier wil with excercise you body slack endorphine.also eating healthy and put natural way vitamins to your body is keeping you fit also.Don't forget also about drinking.

Hello there. My favourite way of keeping fit is running and swimming. Running makes me sweat alot and after sweating I feel energetic. Swimming gives me a sense of freedom. I love water and being in water makes me forget my troubles. I also drink Green tea to keep fit. Green tea contains great amounts of antioxidants and is good for digestion too. The Japanese are one of the most long-lived people in the world and I believe that is largely due to the fact that they drink green tea every day.

I used to play a lot of games when I was younger. I would say I was at my fittest when I was around 18 or 19 years of age. Now that I am much older and my game partners are no more playing their games, I have taken to brisk walking to keep fit. I do this nearly everyday, walking for around 20 to 30 minutes. I have a gym nearby where I live, but I hardly use it. Walking is good all round exercise, so I will stick to this.

Hello mari123, thats a good way of keeping yourself fit. For me I keep myself fit by doing daily walk or brisk walking as they call it usually in the afternoon for about 45 minutes to an hour. During the weekend I play basketball or sometimes badminton with my friends. Regularly I drink plenty of water and eat fruits. I also take my multi-vitamins and vitamin c tablets daily to substancetiate my diet as a usually I don't have a regular balance diet. :-)

Hi there. Same as it is with me. Physical exercises and sports activities. I do a lot of exercises in the morning particularly stretching, sit-ups, jumping jacks and other indoor exercise. I don't really prefer jogging and running out to make me sweat and make my body fit. I don't have time for it since all my classes start early. During weekends, I play sports such as table tennis and badminton. Those are two of the sports that I know that I can really play. Also, I never engage into buying products just to make my body fit like some medicines ,etc. I keep my body fit and healthy the natural way. :)
