Wow.. that's something new to me. I haven't heard of it. I think it's absolutely ridiculous. How can you sue God for things than Man caused? We are the cause of global warming and destruction not God. My country will never allow for this kind of lawsuit. They will see it as a waste of taxpayers' money.

i heard this too on the morning news...how ridiculous! they said the guy did to prove how easy it is to sue people (take that poor Korean couple that got sued over a pair of pants!!) but ya i agree with you....it makes it easy for people to think they are above God.
