do you agree to people who are inarticulate when expressing their opinions?

hello mylotters, its a confusing discussion though i dared to start it.what i mean is sometimes people tend to be inarticulate or say they don't realize what they are trying to say or mean and just go on telling the things.or in simple words they don't know how to put their thought into words but they go on speaking. what do you think of this?if this ever happened to you,are you less likely to agree with their ideas?i would say yes until they know how to say what they are thinking.what will be your choice-agree or disagree?
