Hi congratulation for your promotion as i have lost many and my star is just decreased to 4 from 7! I think all depend on the performance of the particular member if he is active the rating will be high and if he is not active the rating will be like as 4 , 5 and some times 6! So you don't worry as your earning is quite nice and much!
