What's the best way to make money online?

I have tried a lot of ways to make some money online and I have earn something, but only some cents of dollars. I also tried some HYIP programs, but they are scam or become scam rapidly. I'm italian, so I can't use something like associated content or constant content because they are only for USA and Candada people. So, what's your best you to make money online?

There are sites for Italians! :) Although it may look like Canadians are allowed to join and participate, this is not true, as I'm Canadian and have struggled to find good legit sites.
