Can my friend work from home?

I would like to ask, if somebody don't have a working visa, to work in USA, can the person work at home or work online?
I have never really think about it since my friend ask me this question and I really don't know what is the answer.Is online business available for everybody or not?I am really cnofused.Please help

Hi there. Off course they can work online and at home... Im from New Zealand and Im involved and working with american made sites... Online business is availiable to everyone and anyone, as long as you take care of your own taxing... Good luck...

Well, neither am I sure about it. That might depends on the local law of your living place. And I suppose On Line Business do have some restrictions if you friend could be free from them, she might have a try any way.

OK actually which country you wanted to have your job. If in USA you just apply for green card;

You register your name and they will communicate with you via e-mail and if your location is near to their branches, they will contact you by phone call. Visa and working permit will be processed by the respective employer after your interview.
About working at home as data entry there are many offerings. But I suggest you search for Labor Department of USA. They offer online. And many offshore company offer online job for data entry.
