Do you like Jane Austen?

Several years ago when i was in 8th grade, the first time when i saw "pride and prejudice", i was falling love with Elizabeth Bennet. But that is Chinese edition. When i went to college, I have read the English edition, then i was falling love with Jane Austen. Afte that ,I have read almost all her novels. My favouritist is "Pride and Prejudice". I have seen the BBC tv and the movie. Keira Knightley is more proper to be Liz than Jennifer Ehle. There is a book of Jane I don't like ,that's "Mansfield Park". It's too homiletic.Do you like Jane?Do you like Liz. She is my favour.

I like pride and prejudice but Emma will probably always be my favorite. I didn't like Mansfield Park either the man character was too weak and to me the ending didn't make much sense. If you like Jane Austen then you would probably enjoy the movie that just came out that is called Becoming Jane.

I have never read any of her books. They are not really the type I like to read. I think, even though I am 18 and an avid reader, that her books would be too difficult for me to understand because of the style of writing. If I have to spend a ton of time trying to figure out what a book is saying, then it's not even worth it to me to read it.

When I was younger it took me a little while to get use to her writing style. After I got over that I absolutely loved Jane Austen. My favorite is also "Pride and Prejudice". Not only did I enjoy the book, but I loved the film as well. I can see it on my bookshelf right now. :) Emma Thompson is a wonderful actress, and played her character quite well. She deserves to be recognized more than she is.

I like Austen very much. In this story, she got married just for love, but her two sisters, one for status and one for physical figure. When i fist red this story, i was too young to understand, just treat it as others story. When i grew up, I understand that such a love is really love that we should seek for.
