If you can have somebody to look after your baby even for just a couple of hours per week, then go to a salon for a nice haircut, wear chick shirts or even simple clothing, and best of all, smile and be cheerful - that would make you the loveliest mom, congratulations on your new baby! take care :)

Do you mean fix yourself up as in look nice? Well you can get your hair done nice and dress nicely. You don't have to let yourself go just because you have a newborn. You can still look great and be a great mommy at the same time. If you can't afford to buy nicer clothes, go to used clothing places.
