Better chances for NBA title for Phoenix Suns in 2007-2008

Phoenix Suns have much better chances this coming season to win the NBA title, given the investigation and clean up of referee ranks of Mafioso connections. The investigation should level the playing field and enable the Suns to shine on their own merits. With sloppy and tainted officiating, efforts of talented athletes like Nash, Amare, Barbosa, Marion, Bell, etc. are an exercise in futility. But let the players decide the outcome of the games, and the Suns will rise above the crowd.

I am a big Steve Nash fan, so I really hope this season they can win!

Personally I think that in light of the corruption discovered, that the NBA needs to include challenges and replays. For the sake of the players as well as the refs.
On another note, I was rather disappointed to learn that Kurt Thomas was traded - I feel like they need a post player to handle certain offenses (like the spurs). Amare is absolutely amazing, however, he struggles at times against teams that like to play the traditional center position.
