Do you like answering interviews?

Do you prefer the phone or the internet or the 'de visu' way of answering your interviews? Personally I prefer the direct interpersonal dialogue, better if I'm not at the phone. All the same, I like also internet, but I find it more impersonal and artificial.

I never was good at face-to-face interviews. Being totally blind and having a condission that makes it incredibly hard to focus your eyes on the point of origin (usually the interviewers face), made me extremely embarrassed. Most employers that I've talked too see that as a bad way of conducting yourself in an interview even though it's really not controled by me. I find the phone to be the most easiest but will opt for face-to-face if necessary, just because it's usually the norm and you don't look so ... well, in my case, Blind. Sorry for the rambling post, Cortney
