Like most everyone else that answered keeping busy helps me get past it. Taking a little nap does as well or a bowl of ice cream can put a smile on my face as well. But then again I have sat down and had a good cry and that has gotten me over it as well. But I find the best is if I am having a bad day and my hubby knows he walks up behind me wrapping his arms around me and says love you baby whats wrong.
