So, I am looking for a few tried-and-true recipes to celebrate the autumn season. I am creating a scrapped cookbook for her, and one of the sections is for autumn foods. Can you help us out? This cookbook will not be published. It is solely for my daughters use for when she moves. We are also looking for toasted/roasted pumkin seed recipes, with different flavorings. Do you know of any?

Thank you for the sites. I will check them out. Do you mind telling me how to store the pumpkin seeds so that we may enjoy them throughout the year?

They keep very well in Bell Jars- place the seeds in quality food storage bags- squeeze all of the air out and place the bags in the Bell Jar... or use one of those vaccume sealer machines.

Hi there. A salad thats popular with my family, is a simple green salad, lettuce, green peppers, spring onions, red peppers and roasted pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and seasame seeds, thrown over the top and tossed through... Very tasty salad...

We fry them fresh, in butter and cinnamon.
