i want to lose weight

ok everytime i think now i have to go start losing some weight the kitchen is smiling at me..come here theres food for you to eat, i started to drink green tea that helped a lil and i try sport....any other tips for me?

I suggest that you follow a balance diet pattern. This really plays a lot for you to lose weight. Exercising regularly is a nice option for you to reduce more weight. Have a nice day and God speed!

eat lots of fresh vegetables! like Carrots and mushrooms and sugar snap peas for snack foods.. they will fill you up without making you fat. :) I am going with the weight watchers point system.. and those things I mentioned above you can eat without using up any of your weight watchers points!

The green tea trick sounds like an interesting idea. I'm going through the worst time in my life right now with weight. I was doing so well, and lately I've been eating like mad. I need to get back on track and work this out. I remember I use to eat small snacks during the day and that really helped curb my hunger.

thanks all for responding, yeah the green tea i dont know if you realy loose weight from that, cutting the sugar and milk in tea and coffee is the real deal i think lol..well for me it would, i do know that green tea is cleaning out my system real well and on the net i read a lot of articles that say its a good fatburner

Here is a recipe to loss the weight. Take one pound garlic, one pound honey, and 1/4 pound ginger. gring and mix these things. take one teaspoon, before your breakfast in empty stomach at morning and one teaspoon at eveining in before half an hour of taking your dinner. This will help you to loss your weight gradually.

Make sure you do not skip breakfast as this will slow your metabolism down, people that eat breakfast have a higher metabolic rate which aids weight loss naturally.

Dear rebel... I agreed that it's not easy to loose weight. If you still like to eat most of favourite and loose some weight at the same time, got 2 suggestion. Suggestion 1 ============ 1. Do not skip all 3 meals and 2 breakfasts. 2. Eat 25% less of food each time especially food like rice, Pizza & fatty foodstuff. 3. Take light supper only at night. Try this for 2 month. I've Lost at least 1 kg then. Suggestion 2 ============ Do all the 3 things on suggestion 1, steps 4, before you go to sleep, drink a cup of pure honey juice. Try this for another 2 months, you'll sure lose more with then. I am now try step 3. Loses 9 kgs in 4 months. This only work if you can really control. Send me a message if you want to try suggestion 3. "Only if you try Suggestion 1 & 2 and really loose some weight"

hey rebelvision,i know how it feels to have to start losing but the kitchen keeps calling you!I drink green tea too but only when I'm out having sushi or having Thai food.Yes it helps only if it's not sugar added.I'm glad you're trying a sport!What do you play?I play futsal(indoor soccer).But for the past two weeks,I've been fasting.It's Ramadhan and for a Muslim like me,we have to fast from the break of dawn till dusk.It really helps!I've been losing some water retention.And I feel great!Hope this helps!

Hi, drink a mug of hot water with a slice of lemon in it first thing in the morning. It actually helps with keeping your weight down and gives your kidneys a detox at the same time!! I have been drinking it for over a year and I have found a difference.
