Last night i had a problem with me e-mail it kept closing due to a file missing. I spoke with a tech live and they told me to fix the problem that i had to uninstall my earthlink and reinstall. Well i did that and it didnt work. When i tried to install it again it wouldn't install and i got tired and went to bed. Today i call on the phone and spoke with a tech and they could not figure out what the problem was. So the said that they would call me back. Well xp has a restore system and i restored it back to friday and i worked and i was able to install the earthlink again. But i still have problems with my email and that is can't figure out. The tech didn't help at all. Have you ever had that happen to you? And if anyone has and idea why my email keeps closing please let me know.
