It depends. Usually I use warm water. However, if my hands feel extremely dirty, I use hot water to kill all those icky little germs.

Technically cold water could do the same. ;)

warm water. If it's too cold the bacteria wouldn't die, and if it's too hot I wouldnt be able to put my under the water.

Hot all the time! I work with food often, so for safety reasons I use hot water. This allows me to make sure that any germs are killed before I touch someone else's food. I do it for all of you all who eat in restaurants!

I always use warm water. I don't know if it makes a difference, but I always think that it kills more germs.

I use cold whatever the weather. Though if I'm running them under water just warm up than it'll be warm. Sinking your hands and holding them in a bowl of warm water will warm 'all of you' up.

whatevers in the toilet for me...if it's not 100%water it is sometimes a bit warmer, I like the spinning motion as opposed to the ....never mind...I do not actually pay attention, I guess I use both all year 'round..I just flip the knob/lever/whatever and splishy splash......though luke-warm to warm is probably the most popular
