smoked chile scalooped sweet potatoes - 2 cups heavy cream
1 heaping tablespoon chipotle pepper puree
3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced 1/8-inch thick
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

RECIPE
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Whisk together cream and chipotle puree until smooth.

In a 9 by 9-inch casserole dish, arrange the potatoes in even layers. Drizzle with 3 tablespoons of the cream mixture and season with salt and pepper. Repeat with the remaining potatoes, cream, and salt and pepper to form 10 layers.

Cover and bake for 30 minutes, remove cover and continue baking for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the cream has been absorbed and the potatoes are cooked through and the top is browned.

how do u like ur food to be --- spicy hot, medium, bland.... i like mine to be somewhr between spicy nad medium...i just cannot eat bland food..

I cannot stand eating bland food at all, there has to be some sort of seasoning on it(at the very least salt).

yeah same here i cannot eat bland food ... the food has to look appealing for me to have it with good spiccy colors to it thanks for ur reply :)

yeah its tasteful.. spicy indian food ... it will set u on fire... if spices are missing frm indian food thn god knows who will eat it... thanks for ur reply :)

I just really want my food tasty. I cant stand too spicy foods. Even when i make my chicken curry, i have my own version of doing it, i like it creamy. Im using seasonings with it except salt.
