Do you think we should give each illegal immigrant a new Mustang?

Illegal immigrants who came here ended up in hotels, eating up the city's budget up to $ 200,000 which is the average price of a house. I am legal immigrant and I have never had the money to spend a night in a hotel even though I've lived and worked here for more than 6 years. If this is what government bestows upon illegals, then what's the point of those hassles I went through with the papers for months and months?

Yes, and throw in a new home since there will be plenty of forclosed homes on the market. Might as well give them health care and a fully paid retirement. How about all the food they can eat and free gas for the mustang? We can afford it. All the government has to do is raise taxes, create more inflation and print more money...works every time.

That is so crazy. I don't think that we should even be helping them. Why should our government help people that don't belong here. If they want help, do it the right way. We have enough people that need help and can not get it. That would sure free up some money wouldn't it!

I can't afford a free mustang, why can't I have one? Am I not working the system right? Oh wait, I am not working the system at all. I am one of those people who work their butts off to stay off of the system. It makes me mad that we are paying our taxes to pay for this.

Doctor: "Here is your bill for your treament" Pepe: "I don't have to pay" Doctor: "why not?" Pepe:"I am an illegal immigrant" Doctor:"Aw man that means you get free medical care. Oh well I will just raise the bill for the U.S. citizen to make up the difference then." How about Pepe goes up to the hosptial and says "I am an illegal immigrant so I get free medical care." So illegal immigrants can ride in their new mustang with hydraulics. Next thing you know the government is giving them ipods and plasma tvs. Does that mean they don't need to steal anymore?

Hi Estherlou, This really erks me! It has for as long as I have known about illegal immigrants. I live in Illinois, and our own Governor has set up or tried to set up many laws to protect illiegal immigrants. !?!??! It really blows my mind, we have acutal US Citizens that are out of work, but be an illegal immigrant and you can bet your sweet behind they have a job, and like you said, pay way less Federal taxes than we do. How does that make sense to anyone but illegal immigrants? Earlier this year, I read an article where an illegal immigrant, who couldnt speak english, was complaining that the Government broke up her family. I think she was trying to sue them or something. Even though before she became an illegal immigrant she knew the consequences of being here without status. Im thinking to myself what more do you want lady!??! Being from another country and coming to live here benefits you more than any natural born citizen. I am in no way against other races, I dont have a problem with anyone coming to live here, just follow the rules like the rest of us have too! I dont think that is too much to ask. Yes, but the American taxpayer is used to having to make up for those who do not pay their share. The illegals had to be coming over for some reason instead of trying to make it in their own county, I guess we know why now.

I would like to know what government benefits the illegal immigrants get as in California it is very difficult for them to get anything. According to the information provided by the Government in California one has to prove eligibility with Food Stamps, Medical, Rehabilitation and other programs by showing prove that one is legal in the State of California.
