Very weak teeth and gums. Pls help !

I have very weak teeth and gums. My gums started receeding after my delivery and since then, i am loosing my teeth really fast. Is there any remedies for tightening my gums and keeping them fit. I brush regularly and twice a day. Do any one of you know of some home made remedies or whatever to help strengthen shaking teeth and weak gums.
