Rewards of Self-honesty Self-honesty is a trait that will benefit you in many ways. We have seen how this can be developed if you make the requiste effort. Here are some of the rewards that will be yours to enjoy once you've developed self-honesty. First, you will enjoy a sound mental and physical health. You will be rid of any feelings of guilt, understand yourself thoroughly, have nothing ot be ashamed of, be content within your actual limitations, and generally not have any emotional burdens to carry. A person free from anxiety and personal tension will also enjoy better physical health. These two rewards in themselves can be counted as very important blessings. Quite a few of us are anxious and in tension because we want to play superman or even God. A self-honest person know what he or she can do and does that with confidence. Beyond that nothing can be done, and the situation must be understand as such. Being anxious or tense is not going to help at all.

First of all, welcome to myLot. This is a very good information. It is true that happiness is the key to success in our life. Because when you are happy always, it means that you are contented and that you are always thankful with the blessings you received all day long. If we are happy always, we always look at the positive outlooks in life and we disregard all negative ones. In other words, we have to be optimistic. In this manner, we are able to challenge all trials and obstacles that we might encounter in our life. It is also true that being self-honest to yourself will also give you peace of mind. As we all know that "the truth will set us free," so it is very healthy to be honest in ourself, but that would also depend on the situation. Have a nice day! Thanks for sharing this very nice information. Many would benefit from it. God speed!
