Cut in Stipend

I have joined as medical Transcription Trainee at Hyderabad. I got a cut in my stipend as i took excess leave of 4 days. Only one leave is allowed. I had to sign a bond before joining this company. But there is no such point regarding cut in stipend due to excess number of leaves. Is it lawful to do, which is not mentioned in the bond.

If only one paid leave is allowed (i am assuming that they say one day of leave) then they have met their end of the agreement. You had one day paid, but you did not get paid for the other days because that was not covered in your agreement. If you do not work, then you do not get paid.
