I know taking vitamins is good, but I really want to find a vitamin that will help with my energy level. I have tried some B Vitamins but nothing seems to work. I am real sluggish throughout the day, and I want to change that. Anyone have any suggestions?

Its best to eat different foods if you want more energy, vitamins is healthy but i dont think it will "freshen you up" or give you energy through the day, just eat as varioud as possible. and stay away from Sodas and anything with sugar and false energy, that will surly make you feel sluggish.

I am addicted to Pepsi. Maybe thats my problem. I tried to drinking Crystal Light, but then I start wanting a Soda and a Sniker Bar, and I always give in.

Yeah, thats proboly the problem, candy and soda makes you feel good and energized for 10 to 20 min, then it will go in reverse and you will start to feel sluggish and lazy. Good varied food wont give you that "boost" the sugar gives you, but it will keep you ready and working all the time, the more varied, the more energy. Be able to keep away from the soda is not easy though, you should drink water all the time, it will not make you want the soda so bad.
