Do you know Mid-Autumn Festival in China?

Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the most three important festivals.It is the 15th of the 8th lunar month.It always means the season of the harvest coming.A lot of fruit mature.For example,Apples,pears,pomelos...i love fruit.. Tonight,i saw the moon is very circinal and bright...i thought a famous poem...shushi in song dynasty...so many things i can't forget...

Is Mid-autumn festival the same as the Mooncake festival? I was in Kuching, Malaysia last September and my hubby and I went to downtown where there is a celebration of the Monncake festival of the chinese community there. Some people are selling mooncakes and a lot are buying for give aways or family consumption. We buy some mooncakes flavored
