When buying, which do you prefer quality or price??

When you buy something in a department store, we always looked at the price first, then we determined the quality of the product that we are going to buy. There are some products that are very affordable and cheap but the quality of the product is poor. There are also some prodcuts that are very expensive but the quality is durable and good. Which do you prefer? Are you going to sacrife and take the risk of buying cheap stuffs due to the fact that you don't have enough money or are you going to buy the expensive one and hoping that it would really last long in the future?
