As a PhD Environmental Science my family is contemplating relating to Jalapa, Vera Cruz, a small village in Mexico. The NOAA models are ambigious, as are most. There are too many variables, but flooding and drought are upon us. Please discuss your grounded opinion about where on earth to live, etc. I am interested in sound science backing your thoughts about relocating. Thank you. Thomas Inman, LLD, PhD
