...how do you pull yourself backup?any suggestion?
my self esteem shattered
ive never felt so alone or have ever been more alone..literally
im wracked with guilt and fear of the future
im in pieces and i cant pick myself up.i pray and talked to god,asking for his help.but still i get anxiety.how cani rid of this?
