The reason that people get shy when confessing a true feeling is that they are making themselves very vulnerable to someone and that can be downright scary. Whenever you do that, you are opening yourself up to rejection which can be devestating even if the person that you are talking to tries to reject you in a sensitive way. This is made even harder if you are confessing this feeling to someone that you care for and love, however, the flip side to that is that it can help to bring real intamacy into the relationship and help you and your partner grow together.

find a good timing. don't be shy and be natural.
a girl prefers his man to tell with no burden, and natural.
If her sign tells the truth to my heart and she had convinced herself then i will go with the telling. Any kind of outcome is acceptable to me. As long as you had told her, she will admire and remember you in her heart, even the result is not what you had been expected for.

yes, I found it really hard to utter my emotions especially to the one i like most or love dearly. It took me a lot of courage and the right timing beofre I can say how i really feel. I am short of words when it comes to describing how i feel. I'd rather show it sometimes than let the person know it through my mouth.
