How can i increase speed of my internet connection ......through lan network...? / myLot

I am using lan cable network but not getting enough speed which is not more then 25KBps or 200kbps but i want more speed to watch live streams online and youtube videos ........is there anyone who can solve this problem any tips or trick you can advice me .......? thanks
