what do you do with really bad customer service.....

im asking if you had experienced reallybad customer service and what did you did?and give some advice who suffer from that situation thanks!

I had an awful experience with my cell phone company....to make a long story short, they stole my money, then wouldn't rectify the situation until I had made over 25 calls in 5 days, was on hold altogether more than 7 hours, was transferred from one customer service representative and/or department continually, was told my problem would be resolved in one phone call, talked to reps in 5 states, 3 countries and had to have a friend of mine help make the calls to get my money back!! Eventually I just told them to cancell my account and they seemed to have a problem with that and finally solved the problem, re-imbursed my money and gave me one heck of a deal to stay with them. If it happens again, or another BIG problem....I'm outta there!!
