Marvellous Marvel!!!

I was a keen marvel comics reader when i was a kid and now that im an adult(well i think i am)im delighted to see that the movie makers have latched onto the \marvel brand..with excellent movies so that i can relive the fantasies i could only read about in my childhood....what are your favourite marvel based movies and have you see nt the trailer for the Iron Man movie due out next year?? What do you think? What was you favourite Marvel Comic.... Im hoping they can make a Movie based on Thor the Norse god of Thunder with his magic hammer....great swashbuckling could go on their ..what about Johhnny Depp as Thor or maybe Loki his evil Half brother???

My favorite Marvel Comic was X-men. But I didn't know they were making Iron Man into a movie, that excites me though!

Yes X-men was one of my favs too..disapointed to see last movie in the series...check out the iron man trailer here if you havent already seen it http://iron-man-trailer.blogspot.com/ it gets great review on this site...there was a TV movie released about 2 years ago with a similar type of hero cant remember what the film was called but the sfx were pretty corney ..obviously low budget...not the case with iron man although he does look a little like the Roald Dahl character....cant remember his name either...
