What must be the qualities a broker must possess?

I'm interested in becoming a broker. Having no formal bakground on the matter, I'd like to know the traits or qualities that an effective broker must possess?

I can't help you much, but I would suggest looking online to see if there was any information about what you would need to be a broker. Maybe even email one and ask a couple questions be sure to thank them for their time.
