who here know to speak portuguese?

I speak portuguese, wll, i´m from Brazil, so..is obvious. (;

I can speak a tiny, tiny bit. It's more specific phrases that I can say than actually speaking, though. My husband taught them to me. Portuguese is my husband's first language and that's all his grandmother knows how to speak. So, when we visited her, that's all I heard and when they're on the phone, that's all I hear. I can speak a little bit of Spanish, so that helps me understand more Portuguese than I can actually speak. I really want to learn, though, because I think that it would be neat if I could speak my husband's first language.

I don't speak Portuguese but I wouldn't mind learning it since it looks and sounds like Spanish. I think I can learn it no problem. I just need lessons first and see how that goes. I might enjoy learning the language.

I speak Portuguese. It's my first language. And I am learning to speak English. I still want to learn German, Spanish and French but it will spend a lot of time.

I'm from Brazil. bem, já que nos dois falamos português, falemos abertamente, não? é muito melhor encontrar gente que fale português aqui, prq tenho muito trabalho pra escrever em inglês, afinal não sei falar muito bem. mas é até melhor eu potar bastante em inglês, quem sabe assim eu pegue experiência com a língua. acho bem mais produtivo escrever eu mesma do que usar um tradutor. é isso! bjos!
