I just finished watching the season premier for "the office". I was so happy to see that Pam and Jim are finally together! They both care for each other so much and are such great friends. They deserve to be happy with each other. It was frustrating to see them apart over the last season - so it's nice to finally see them together! Who else was happy to finally see them together?

I agree with you. A lot of people say it will ruin it, the show that is, but I don't think it will.

I don't think it will ruin it either. They're just so cute together. It would be more frustrating and annoying if they didn't get together!

ME TOO!! I'm so siked about them getting together finally! It's about time!! Now I wonder where the show will go from here for them :) I hope they don't screw it up and have them break up. I hate when shows do that!

Agreed. I would hate to see them break up. It took them so long to finally get together - it would be frustrating to see that all that buildup and tension was for nothing!

I love The Office, the English version, and the last episode is so good when they finally get together. Through the whole 2 series's it is really frustrating to see they like each other but decide not to say anything as she is with that complete pratt!! If you watched the English version of The office you should now check out Extras by Ricky Gervaise, it is brilliant and even more cringing than The Office, especially series two!!

Yes, the last season was so frustrated. I think I yelled at the tv a couple of times! (yeah, that's a sign that you're getting too involved in your tv shows)

I actually think that NBC based the US version of The Office from the British version. I believe 2002 was the first season of the show in Britain; I only saw it because I was living there at the time. Jim is Tim, Pam is Dawn, and Dwight is Gareth in Britain. The story line is very similar, and you will recognize comedian Ricky Gervais who plays Michael's character and the blonde guy who plays Dwight's character (he was in the 2nd Pirates of the Caribbean movie). You might be able to purchase the series at Best Buy....I saw it there once. Another show to check out is called Little Britain, by far the funniest show I have ever seen! Best Buy carries this series on DVD. Did anyone see the Saturday Night Live when Dwight hosted the show? So funny!

I'm glad that they are together and though some might consider them being together as "jumping the shark" I consider it a benefit to add more to the show. The tension between them has been released and now will see if them being together will make them see sides of themselves they did not know about and did not want to see. Or if being together will make them ask, "Why didn't we find each other sooner?"

Yes, it will be nice to see how their characters develop together now that they're finally a couple.
