Just arrived from Malaysia and Singapore!

The Petronas twin towers - Travelling to Kuala Lumpur to Singapore takes around 5 hours by bus. Palm Olive trees line along the road; I learned that they are one of the leading exporters of Palm oil worldwide. This travel is simply memorable and educational.

I just arruved yesterday from more than a week's educational tour to Malaysia and Singapore from September 22-30...my, Kuala Lumpur's Petronas Twin Towers, Planetarium are simply educational and amazing. Its clean and green environment is set amidst high rising buildings and modern infrastructures. At night, the twin towers glitter in silver lights. From our Capitol Garden, the full view of the city's main infrastructures always made our day. In Singapore, shopping malls abound in every nook and corner of the city's major throughfares; taxi drivers are generally honest, much to our delight. We also spotted a few of our countrymen working there as DH, waiters, bartenders, fast food chain manager, etc. But the main attraction was our cable car ride at Sentosa, the journey to the Images of Singapore, the Waterworld, and the Songs of the Sea presentation took our breaths away. The two places I have visited may have cultural practices totally different from ours, but they have taught us lots of lessons on patriotism, courage, environmental care and a lot more. We benchmarked in at least two schools in Singapore: The Radin Mas, and the Changi Secondary School. For me, it was a most worthwhile experience which I can pass on to my colleagues and to my countrymen. I'll share more next time...hope you find this sharing interesting...

Your country is impressive...Kuala Lumpur is awesome, with all the infrastructures amidst a row of trees which make the city one of the finest that I have ever gone to...Singapore too is equally exciting, especially at Sentosa...

Yup, really enjoyed much in your country...however, I have not visited your new mall...we were billeted at Capitol Hotel so I didn't have a chance to visit other malls. Kuala Lumpur is impressive! I have been boasting about it here...of course, Singapore too. Hope I could go back...but my son is planning to visit there, too.

I am glad that you had spent your some happy days in Malaysia and Singapore during your tour. I have never been to Philippine before and I was told that the beaches there are beautiful and attractive and famous of their seascapes and deep calm water. I hope I would have an opportunity to visit there in time to come.

Hi there psyche49f...Welcome back! Nice to know that you had great fun and enjoyed much of your travel to Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. Did you go up to the viewing deck of the KL Tower? The view of the entire city of KL is amazing from the top of the tower. Yes, Singapore's Sentosa island has many sights to offer... Underwaterworld, Images of Singapore, Volcanoland, the Beach, etc. There's a monorail where you can reach and see the places around sentosa. Have you watch the Merlion there at night? Amazing! Apart from that, have you been to the BirdsPark and The Zoo? I had been to Singapore twice and really enjoyed my stay there. Small country, yet clean and green. Malaysia and Singapore are places worth seing. Hope you can go back there next time with your family.
