Does your state allow the DVD players in cars?

I just heard an ad on the radio and one of the disclaimers was "DVD player not available in all states." I don't think there's a law against that in my state, although I know it's a hot topic of discussion around here. Does your state allow/ban the DVD players in automobiles?
