traffic exchanges that show number of surfers

does anyone use manual traffic exchanges? I am looking for ones that actually show how mnay people are surfing and have a signifigant number of people surfing on a regulasr basis.
I use startxchange and there always seems tobe 100+ surfing on there. Any others out there like this one?

I use Linkrefferal it's on my blog also. I have gotten 182 visitors since the 15th of August. I could have more if I was more diligent but I have been kind of lazy.
